Attorney Marrell McNeal founded his law firm in 1981, shortly after he earned his law degree (J.D.) from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. In law school, he was honored to be on the Dean's List and the Trial Board, and he was recognized by International Youth in Accomplishment. Mr. McNeal was an interim clerk for Alabama Supreme Court Justice Hugh Maddox. In 1988, Attorney McNeal completed advanced legal coursework and earned an LL.M. degree from the University of Alabama Law School in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. He earned an undergraduate degree from Auburn University (B.A. in History and Political Science).
Attorney McNeal is admitted to practice in all Alabama state courts, as well as in the United States Supreme Court, 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the federal district courts for Alabama. He focuses his practice on the following areas of law:
